 Post-Endovascular Repair of Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm Rupture Complicated with Esophageal Perforation

 A 55-year-old man presented with ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm. Successfully repair of ruptured aneurysm with endovascular TAA stent graft was done. In the post-operative course, esophageal perforation was found incidentally. We would like to discuss the complication of esophageal perforation and the treatment thereafter.
